Lemon Saffron Tilapia in 10 Mins


  • 2 pieces fresh tilapia
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Pinch of saffron
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • First, add pinch of saffron to a bowl containing the lemon juice and stir-set this aside.
  • Next, season tilapia with salt and pepper.
  • Sauté in olive oil on medium-high for 3 minutes:and flip over.  Sauté for another 3 minutes
  • Add lemon juice/saffron mixture to the tilapia.
  • Allow to cook about 2 minutes, then flip and cook another 2 minutes:
  • And done!  Serve next to a bed of broccoli rabe.
